This project will develop and demonstrate a situational simulation for problem-based learning by construction engineering and management students. Situational simulations, which use many of the engaging features of video games, help learners further develop decision-making skills. These simulations are created within the Virtual Coach, an original framework environment that sets the rules for the creation of simulations by collaborators. The project will also produce a simulation development kit for collaborators so that they can create simulations without the need for programming.
